Bufftree Building Co. Spends Winter at Horseneck Beach

Aug. 11, 2010

Bufftree Building Company has recently been working on a $1.6-million contract constructing a new 3,000-square-foot wood frame beach services building designed by the architectural firm of Stephen Kelleher Architects. The new structure, to be completed in June, complements the Horseneck Beach environment of sweeping dunes, endless ocean beach and estuary habitat. The project includes administration offices, lifeguard quarters, first aid station, and a comfort station. The building is designed in the historic New England shingle style and will match the two award-winning bathhouses completed in summer 2008.
