Red coat is coming

To ensure that a new multiscreen complex in Pewaukee, Wis., for Capitol Cinemas would stand up to severe winters -and the scrutiny of a design-attuned community -design/build contractor Keller Structures selected an exterior comprising masonry, EIFS and exposed steel with gray and red coating. The steel finish was specified with a Hylar 5000 resin for a 20- to 30-year life, which helped the project meet budgetary and maintenance considerations.
