Ross Group To Build Fort Bliss Training Facility

Ross Group Construction Corp., Tulsa, OK, has been awarded a $22,083,241 firm fixed price contract for all work required to construct a Combined Arms collective training facility. Work will be performed in Fort Bliss, El Paso, TX, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2010. U.S. Army Engineer, Fort Worth, TX, is the contracting activity.
