AGC Of Wisconsin Calls For "Build Wisconsin 2008" Entries

Aug. 11, 2010

The Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin (AGC WI) is seeking entries for its 2008 Build Wisconsin Awards competition, which focuses attention on the skill, integrity, hard work, ingenuity, and commitment that go into construction projects.

The contest is open to all AGC WI general-contractor and specialty-contractor members in good standing.

General-contractor projects will be considered for new construction and renovation work in four categories: building construction, design-build, heavy/industrial/warehouse (less than 25 percent office), and municipal/utility/underground.

Specialty-contractor projects will be considered for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, exterior finishes, and interior finishes in each of four contract-size categories: less than $500,000; $500,000 – $1,000,000; $1,000,000 – $3,000,000; and over $3,000,000.

Entries must be postmarked by August 29.
