Arrowhead Stadium Expansion

Kansas City, MO – A Kobelco SK 330 excavator could be seen this summer hard at work at Kansas City's Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Chiefs football team. It took part in a major structural renovation project that foresees doubling the stadium's concourse space; additional concession stands; new suite, club and lounge areas; and a Hall of Fame to celebrate the team's past players and coaches.

George Shaw Construction is contracted to carry out ground preparation work for the $375-million project, which is scheduled for completion in 2010.
