:: Engineering (M/E/P, structural, acoustic, etc.)
:: Construction
:: Construction management
:: Project management
:: Design/build
:: Academia
:: Facility management		 :: Real estate development
:: Property ownership or management
:: Finance (related to construction)
:: Government (Federal, state, local)
:: Building product manufacturing
:: Building product inventor/developer
:: NGOs, membership or trade association in the building field
:: Nonprofit environmental or development organizations
Note: Individuals whose work is exclusively related to single-family housing or civil engineering are not eligible.

International Nominees Welcome
BD&C’s “40 Under 40” Competition is open to Building Team professionals around the world.

Nominations will be judged by the editors of Building Design & Construction, whose decision is final.
