Houston’s first 3D-printed community to begin printing homes in November 2025
HiveASMBLD, in partnership with The City of Houston, Eco Material Technologies, Cole Klein Builders, and LP Building Solutions, will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating Zuri Gardens—Houston’s first 3D-printed hybrid home community. The first home will begin printing on November 13, 2025.
Zuri Gardens marks a significant step forward for sustainable, attainable housing. The 80-home community integrates HiveASMBLD’s robotic 3D-printing system and Eco Material’s low-carbon cement alternatives to create durable, energy-efficient homes surrounded by walking trails and a community park.
Built using PozzoSlag and PozzoCem green cements and HiveASMBLD’s proprietary 3D-printing technology, Zuri Gardens demonstrates how innovation and sustainable materials can transform the housing landscape—providing a scalable model for low-carbon construction nationwide.
