New LEED-EBOM rating has requirements for specific project types

Several key changes are proposed for the LEED-EBOM Rating System in 2012. There is now a suite of rating systems with requirements that are tailored to specific project types, including Schools, Retail, Data Centers, Hospitality, and Warehouse & Distribution Centers.
