The Atlanta office of Princeton, N.J.-based A/E CUH2A Inc. is architect for a $132 million Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratory at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, a unit of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. St. Louis-based McCarthy is the general contractor.

Alameda, Calif.-based MBH Architects is architect for Serramonte Corporate Center, a six-story, 151,000-sq.-ft. office building in Daly City, Calif. South Bay Development of Campbell, Calif., is the general contractor. Completion is scheduled for this fall.

Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.-based Matocha Associates is architect for a 165,000-sq.-ft. Sears department store at South County Mall in suburban St. Louis. St. Louis-based Fru-Con Construction Corp. is general contractor and CM for the three-story store, which is scheduled for completion this fall.

Boston-based William Wilson Associated Architects is architect for a three-story, 150,000-sq.-ft. building at Vanderbilt University in Nashville to house engineering and computer science departments. Nashville-based Hardaway Construction Corp. of Tennessee is the general contractor.
