Miami High-Rise is Focus of Mixed-Use Project

Avenue, the latest mixed-use development in Miami, is now under construction of its 24,000 sf of retail space and 570 condominiums. Designed by SB Architects of Miami, the development's 34- and 45-story residential towers and 11-story parking garage, scheduled for completion by mid-2007, will add 1.2 million sf to the city's skyline. The $130 million project, at 1060 Brickell Avenue, is being developed by Intell Management and Investment Company, and is owned by IMICO Brickell LLC.
