Construction work on the 38-story second phase, called The Peninsula, is currently under way. The final phase, a 40-story tower, will bring the total number of condo units to 719, along with 1,342 parking spaces, 7,000 sf of retail space, and 3,500 sf of offices. The three towers were designed by the Fort Lauderdale, Fla., office of Dorsky Hodgson Parrish Yue, Cleveland.
