A ballast slide chart allows users to select the correct electronic fluorescent dimming ballast and compatible dimming controls. The chart offers information on the manufacturer's lighting controls and ballasts. The user moves the slider so that the arrow points to lamp information, then decides the ballast operating voltage and dimming range. Then the user chooses the ballast control voltage, notes the number in the window, then reads the maximum number of ballasts for the options available.
