The principals of Cambridge, Mass.-based architect ADD Inc. have named Frederick Kramer president-elect.

Boston-based architect Shepley Bulfinch Richardson and Abbott has elected Carole C. Wedge president. Wedge succeeds Oliver W. Egleston.

San Francisco-based engineer/architect URS Corp. has added consultant Trkla, Pettigrew, Allen & Payne, Chicago, to its planning and development practice, now numbering 50+ professionals.
