Ft. Lauderdale to Get Twins in Latest Hotel Development

Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.-based Colonial Development Group has started work on a hotel-condo development in Ft. Lauderdale. When completed in spring of 2007, the W Fort Lauderdale Hotel and Residences will offer 171 hotel-condo units and 346 hotel rooms in twin, 23-story towers. Local architect Adache Group Architects is designing the towers, with Witkin Design Group, North Miami Beach, Fla., providing design services for the exterior recreational areas, including two pools.
