Aug. 11, 2010

Naperville, Ill.-based developer Calamos Real Estate has unveiled plans for a luxury hotel at CityGate Centre, its 31-acre mixed-use complex in Naperville. Hotel Arista will incorporate 144 guestrooms with residential-quality features, such as marble-finished baths with walk-in showers, 42-inch high-definition TVs, iPod docking stations, and mini-bars stocked with visitors' personal preferences.

Designed by Chicago-based Lohan Anderson, the 12-story hotel will include a spa, salon, fitness center, fine-dining restaurants, meeting space, and ballrooms with banquet seating for 500.

Guests will be within walking distance of CityGate Centre's upscale retail stores, a planned 700-seat entertainment center, diverse dining options, and one million sf of Class A office space.
