New LEED Gold residence hall at Harvard

Aug. 11, 2010

Elkus Manfredi Architecture's design for Harvard University's first LEED Gold residence facility was recently completed on its Cambridge, Mass., campus. The six-story building, with 141 apartments and 190 below-grade parking spaces on three levels, was constructed by John Moriarty & Associates, Winchester, Mass. It is the centerpiece of the Harvard University Graduate Commons, a longtime redevelopment of one of Harvard's residential areas.
