San Jose’s newest residential tower, The 88, takes its name from its height of—almost—88 meters. With 197 for-sale condo residences, the project includes 32,000 sf of retail and five levels of parking, and is directly adjacent to the city’s light rail system and just a few blocks from San Jose State University and downtown. Designed by SB Architects, The 88 was developed by Wilson Meany Sullivan and Stockbridge Funds, both of San Francisco, in partnership with CIM Group, Hollywood, and the San Jose Redevelopment Agency. HKS Architects served as executive architect.
