New York City-based architect Davis Brody Bond is architect for the Robert H. Lurie Medical Research Center, a 420,000-sq.-ft., nine-story building on Northwestern University's Chicago campus. Morse Diesel International is the preconstruction manager. The $200 million facility is scheduled for completion in 2004.

DMJM Architecture Group of Phoenix is architect for Chandler Commons Office Park, a 375,000-sq.-ft. corporate campus in Chandler, Ariz. Hunt Construction Group is the general contractor. Developer Lowe Enterprises Commercial Group plans five speculative two-story office/flex buildings for the 25-acre site.

New York City-based architect Robert A.M. Stern is design architect and Houston-based Morris Architects is executive architect for the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts, an $88 million facility in Houston that will house two performance halls, a 2,650-seat theater for musical theater productions and the 538-seat Selim Zilkha Hall. San Francisco-based Swinerton Inc. is the general contractor. The project is scheduled for completion in 2002.

Washington, D.C.-based architect Ai will design a 14-story office building in Tyson's Corner, Va., that will be the first element of Capital One Financial's 30-acre headquarters campus. Davis Construction Co. is general contractor. Completion of the 550,000-sq.-ft. structure is scheduled for summer of 2002.
