Karen O. Courtney, AIA, FSMPS, Chief Marketing Officer at Fanning Howey, will lead the Thursday morning workshop, “Making the Transition from Technician to Rainmaker.” Learn how soft skills like client relations, business development, and communication play a vital role in growing your firm and advancing your career.
