Changes to Revised AIA Architect Scope Documents

Keeping up with industry trends and court decisions, every 10 years AIA Contract Documents are reviewed and updated.  The newly revised AIA Architect Scope documents, which can be added to any base owner/architect agreement, go beyond the everyday practice of architecture to include site evaluation, historic preservation, facility support and commissioning services.
