Metl-Span offers ThermalSafe NC non-combustible panel

Aug. 20, 2013

Metl-Span has announced the introduction of ThermalSafe NC insulated metal panels.  Designed for non-combustible wall construction, ThermalSafe NC insulated metal panels consist of a 3” structural mineral wool core with an R-11 thermal resistance bonded to steel facings.

ThermalSafe NC panels can be erected in a single-step with one crew as an exterior or interior non-combustible wall.  Sealant in the side joint may be eliminated for interior partition walls when a vapor seal isn’t required, greatly enhancing installation speed.

The new panel system offers a level of design flexibility unattainable with cement block or gypsum wallboard.  Panel lengths range from 8’ to 40’ with a module width of 42”.

Metl-Span pioneered many of the developments of insulated metal panels and continues to make significant contributions to design innovations and technology that shape industry standards.  For more information on ThermalSafe NC and the complete line of Metl-Span products, call 877-585-9969 or visit www.metlspan.com.
