Boise, Idaho, to welcome its first Whole Foods Market

Dec. 9, 2011

Construction has begun on the first Whole Foods Market for Boise, Idaho. Local A/E firm CSHQA is working with Texas-based Schlosser Development and Boise-based Engineered Structures (general contractor) to construct the 36,000-sf grocery store, part of a mixed-use development that will also house a 15,000-sf Walgreens. Expected to clean up almost six acres of fallow land, the project will provide 20,000 sf of retail space, 250 structured parking stalls, and 100,000 sf of office/residential space.
