Glass walls to star in Smart Home exhibit

Aug. 11, 2010

Large opening glass walls from NanaWall will be featured in the “Smart Home: Green + Wired” exhibit at Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry from March 4, 2010, to January 2, 2011. The three-story, 2,500-sf modular and sustainable green home includes three 12-foot-wide NanaWalls that let in fresh air and function as a passive cooling system to reduce the need for air conditioning in summer. When closed, the Energy Star-rated walls provide natural lighting, retain energy, and are weathertight. P.S. Don't forget to check out the U-505 and coal mine exhibits while you're at the MSI.
