Water-free with less footprint

Aug. 11, 2010

Two new water-free urinals from Sloan Valve feature a narrow profile, providing the same water-conserving and low-maintenance benefits of standard no-flush urinals, but with a smaller footprint. Models WES-4000 and WES-5000 use a proprietary cartridge installed at the base of the urinal, which holds a sealant liquid. When urine flows into the cartridge, the liquid forms a barrier between the open air above and the urine below, preventing any odors from escaping. The urinals adapt to existing drain outlets and are vandal-resistant.
