Lock-Down is a resin-based, self-cross-linking epoxy bonding primer designed for concrete surfaces. Ultra-fine nanoparticles penetrate deep into concrete, binding chalk and providing a clean substrate for paint or decorative topcoats. Using Lock-Down before painting will increase topcoat adhesion by 50% and significantly reduce the potential for cracking, peeling, and chipping, according to the maker.
