Air sanitizer for HVAC ducts

Air-sanitizing agent continually sanitizes the air in HVAC ducts in commercial, medical, and residential spaces. ARIA is dispensed into a space as an invisible vapor that sanitizes the air by continuously killing airborne bacteria that may cause odor and other microorganisms, including airborne mold and other fungi spores. Unlike hand-held aerosol sanitizers, ARIA is always on and always working to sanitize the air.

Applications: Settings where airborne bacteria may be present

Availability: Nationwide in spring 2009

Cost: $0.02/cubic foot for 24/7 full-service option; self-service option is available

Contents: Air-sanitizing agent is made of triethylene glycol and other inert ingredients; cartridge is made of recyclable plastic; delivery systems are enclosed in high-impact plastic

Options/Sizes: Agent can be delivered via a wall-, ceiling-, or HVAC-mounted system

Environmental attributes: ARIA is an EPA-registered product. The active ingredient has been determined by the EPA to have no toxic consequences for humans or pets. ARIA contains no VOCs and has no ecological impact.
