The design of El Bosque, New York-based Handel Architects's second project in Santiago, Chile, is well under way. The 21-story, 344,000-sf tower in Santiago's El Golf neighborhood includes 10,000 sf of retail space on the ground level, with 182,000 sf of Class A office space above. The project also includes below-grade parking for 370 cars. Sustainable design features include façade shading with the integration of vegetation, a green roof, sun control screens, and low-e glass.
