EYP announces partnership with Long Point Capital

EYP Architecture & Engineering announced that Long Point Capital, a New York-based private equity group, acquired a minority interest in the privately held firm. With 325 professionals located in six offices across the country, EYP is one of the world's leading AE firms, providing both stand alone and integrated architecture and engineering design, master planning, and energy services to a wide variety of prominent public and private clients. Financial details were not disclosed.
