Ai Group, Atlanta, is developing C-Beach, a resort in Panama City Beach, Fla., which spans 33 acres on the Emerald Coast. It features luxury condominiums, a water park, beach-front dining, 4,500 parking spaces, tiki-style cabanas, and even an open-air aerial gondola to transport families throughout the resort.

Included in the water park are a 21,000-sf pool, a 58,700-sf lazy river, a 111,000-sf lagoon that supports fishing and plant life, a surf rider, a wooden trolley, an electric children’s scale train, a 150-seat amphitheater, a 42,000-sf retail village, and a one-acre rain forest atrium filled with exotic inhabitants. The resort will house 1,714 units, and a 60-foot-tall clock.
