The John Buck Company is the developer for 3Eleven, a 24-story, 245-unit apartment building. The site is the parking lot of Assumption Roman Catholic Church, in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. The land owner, the Order of Friars Servants of Mary, will get renovations to its priory out of the deal.
