Student housing community will be tallest building in College Station, Texas

The project is part of a master-planned, mixed-use development that aims to revitalize neighborhood.

Developer LV Collective recently announced financial closing on a student housing community that will be tallest building in College Station, Texas. Rambler Northgate will rise 24 stories and include 342 units with a total of 922 beds across 761,444 sf. The unit mix will include one-, two-, three-, four-, five-, and six-bedroom layouts, with 100% bed-bath parity.

The project is part of Legacy Point, Culpepper Realty’s master-planned, mixed-use development that aims to revitalize the 10-acre corner of College Avenue and University Drive, serving both the university and the community. In total, the Legacy Point master plan is expected to offer over 3,000 beds of student housing and will include over 50,000 sf of retail, entertainment, restaurants, and outdoor amenity space. LV Collective’s first development in Legacy Point, The Jay, is currently under construction at 313 College Ave. and is slated to deliver in July 2027.

Rambler Northgate residents will have access to curated amenities with a focus on academic success, wellness, and community engagement. The development will offer a resort-style pool with multiple hot tubs; a jumbotron; Daydreamer, an integrated café; a multi-sport simulator; a mezzanine-level coworking space with private study rooms; and clubhouse to support community connection. To encourage wellness, the property will include a fitness center, yoga studio, sauna, and cold plunge.

“Growing our presence in College Station with our second development in the market reflects our focus on thoughtfully designed living in walkable, well-connected locations near leading universities,” said Jonathan Reyes, president at LV Collective. “As a Texas A&M graduate, it is especially meaningful to help create a community that meets the needs of today’s students with spaces for studying, wellness, and connection, while adding value to the surrounding community.”

Rambler Northgate is projected to be delivered in summer 2028.
