The exterior needs tuck pointing, and water infiltration has to be addressed. The restored space will be used as a welcome center for international and transfer students and other admissions operations. The rehab is estimated to cost $11.25 million. Some other campus buildings of the same era have been, or are slated to be, demolished, however, Eddy Hall with its multi-gabled roof, high double-hung windows, panels of patterned brick, iron cresting, and weather vane on the tower, will be preserved.
