SAP America is aiming to make the expansion of its headquarters in Newton Square, Pa., the first corporate-owned LEED Platinum building in the Mid-Atlantic states. Phase I will include a 200,000-sf office and a 300-car parking garage. Green features include a green roof, geothermal cooling, and extensive daylighting. Architect is FXFowle, New York, with Gilbane as CM.
