Sensors create savings on stairwell lighting costs
The Lutron Stairwell Retrofit solution can save up to 80% in lighting energy costs by adjusting light based on stairwell occupancy. Lighting fixtures preprogrammed with occupied and unoccupied light levels receive signals from Radio Powr Savr occupancy sensors. The sensors can control up 10 light fixtures at once, offering customized timeouts up to 30 minutes. Multiple mounting configurations and wireless communication helps with installation. Units have a 10-year battery life.
