Batt insulation combines sand, post-consumer recycled bottle glass, and a new type of binder to create a sustainable insulation solution. Made with a minimum of 30% post-consumer recycled glass content, EcoBatt Insulation contains no phenol, formaldehyde, acrylics, or artificial colors used to make traditional fiberglass insulation. According to the maker, the insulation is easy to cut, recovers quickly, has a pleasant natural scent, and is less dusty than traditional products.
