Avenida Lakewood, a new 230-unit rental community, is now under construction just six miles from downtown Denver. The KTGY-designed community is for active adults age 55 and older.

Designed as the centerpiece of the Oak Station Marketplace mixed-use development, Avenida Lakewood will rise four stories and cover 6.09 acres. The complex’s S-shaped design is organized around three landscaped courtyards for active, passive, pool, and poolside activities. A rooftop sky lounge with private indoor/outdoor entertainment areas provides views of the Rocky Mountain foothills and the downtown skyline.

The amenity space wraps around the central courtyard and includes a heated saltwater pool, spa, and outdoor dining. The interior will provide residents with a yoga room, fitness room, beauty salon, lounge, TV room, movie theater, bistro/dining hall, living room, business center, conference area, and an arts and crafts room.

Additional community amenities include a great room, pub and game room, dog park, outdoor patio and barbeque grills, garden plots, shuffleboard area, and walking trails. Each apartment unit comes with a washer and dryer and some units include a private balcony, granite countertops, wood cabinetry with designer hardware, and stainless steel appliances.

Avenida Lakewood’s grand opening is currently scheduled for spring 2019.
