The National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) recently updated its technical document "Recycling Asphalt Pavements." The section on processing reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) was significantly expanded and the guide was enhanced with new photographs and illustrations.
The 27-page publication explains the how-to's of RAP and provides calculations for determining the value of using RAP.
