Sahyadri Park, a 2.5 million-sf development center in Pune, India, recently broke ground for Tata Consultancy Services, a leading IT services, business solutions and outsourcing organization. Perkins+Will Los Angeles, along with architect Frank Glynn of El Segundo, Calif., and Edifice Architects of Pune, developed the master plan for the 50-acre campus and is designing 15 buildings to accommodate 20,000 engineers. Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited of Pune is the developer. The first phase will include a campus administration and visitor center with a 500-seat auditorium, a central library, and site utilities.
