Downtown Orlando Mixed-Use Project Takes Shape

801 North Orange, a $25 million mixed-use project, has begun to emerge in downtown Orlando, Fla. Craig and Tom Ustler are developing the property, which will have 96,000 sf of office space and 18,000 sf of street-level retail space. The Building Team includes: the Orlando office of Baker Barrios Architects, general contractor Brasfield & Gorrie, MEP engineer TLC Engineering for Architecture, structural engineer Structures One, and civil engineer WBQ Design & Engineering.
