Closet System Adds Value to Grand Rapids Apartment Community

Organized Living brings orderly closet space to Brookstone Management's 20 East Fulton rental complex

August 2, 2019

Organized Living closet systems were installed in all units at 20 Fulton East by dealer Rayhaven Group.

20 Fulton Street East is a 12-story residential community in downtown Grand Rapids, Mich., developed by Brookstone Realty Management.

Apartments feature contemporary European style kitchens with luxury cabinetry and quartz countertops, floor-to-ceiling windows, and large wood plank vinyl flooring.

For renters, one of the more looked-for amenities is good closet space. Brookstone Realty teamed with Organized Living and its Partner Dealer, Rayhaven Group, to provide 20 Fulton East residents with closet upgrades while speeding-up construction time and future-proofing their properties.

Check out the video (3:30) to hear and see what Kyle Salay, GM of Operations for Brookstone, thinks about Organized Livingā€™s closet system:

Additional amenities at 20 Fulton East include: concierge services, mail/package room, dry cleaning stations, on-site parking with assigned spaces, fitness center, yoga room, game room, and business conference center overlooking Monument Park at the intersection at Division, Fulton and Monroe Center Street.

Thereā€™s also a party room, a south-facing outdoor sun deck swimming pool with lounge seating, fire pits, barbeque grilling stations, and, of course, a large dog spa equipped with and indoor pet ā€œrelief areaā€ so tenants donā€™t have to take their pooches out on rainy or snowy days.
