Santa Monica, Calif.-based architect WWCOT has been selected by Santa Monica College to design a new student services and administration building for the campus. The design will focus on consolidating the college's student services, business activities, and information technology—all currently scattered in various locations on campus. The three-story, 86,500-sf building will be built atop an underground parking lot, and will include a 300-seat concert hall.
