Orland Park, Ill., is the new home to Pathway to Living’s new 96-unit assisted living community, Heartis Village.

The community’s 96 units will be spread across a 89,622-sf property. A three-story assisted living building will house the 72 assisted living apartments that range in size from 371 to 1,032 sf.

Options include one-bedroom/one-bath, one-bedroom-plus-den/one-bath, and two-bedroom/two-bath layouts, each with a kitchenette. A single-story memory care wing contains 24 memory care studios that measure approximately 260 to 360 sf and come in two layouts: one with a private shower and one with a shared shower.
