Building Your Future Firm: Scenario Planning for Design and Construction Firms

Your firm probably plans the future through strategic planning. But how do you know “which future” you should be anticipating? Scenario planning is an approach your firm can use to model alternative views of the future based on known trends and drivers and then develop contingency plans to address them. When a “What if?” scenario transpires, you’ll be ready. Long-time AEC consultants Ray Kogan, AIA, and Cara Bobchek lead U40 Summit participants through a high-energy, team-driven scenario planning program.
