Ideal for mixed-use residential buildings with parking underneath, ER-Post precast trusses support two levels simultaneously, allowing for large, column-free areas on alternating floors. The trusses span approximately 70 feet and are spaced 40 feet on center, creating large bays. The alternate levels are wide open with no structural elements.
