Metl-Span launches Envolution website

Metl-Span® has launched a new website for its recently-announced Envolution™ Architectural Products, the company’s branded line of architectural panels, trim items and accessories.  The site, www.envolution.com, provides comprehensive information on Envolution, envelope solutions defined by Metl-Span.

The product line includes insulated metal panels and window systems in addition to Vantaj™ custom panels, architectural sunshades and grilles, column covers and beam wraps and architectural louvers in association with Doralco Architectural Metals.  Doralco is an industry-leading architectural metal solutions company specializing in innovative custom metal fabrication.

The Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA) updated a document serving a recommended practice for determining test methodology for laboratory and field testing of exterior wall systems. The document pertains to products covered by an AAMA standard such as curtain walls, storefronts, window walls, and sloped glazing. AAMA 501-24, Methods of Test for Exterior Walls was last updated in 2015.
