Kenya’s Pinnacle Tower will be the tallest tower in Africa

The Pinnacle Towers complex, which includes The Pinnacle Tower and Pinnacle Tower II, is currently under construction in Nairobi. Once completed, The Pinnacle Tower will become the tallest tower in both Kenya and Africa.

Pinnacle Tower II will rise 45 floors and 659 feet and include a 255-room Upper Hill Hilton Hotel. Residential space will also be included. The Pinnacle Tower will rise 70 stories and 1,050 feet. The top floor will sit at 1,000 feet with an observatory at 902 feet. It will feature 46 floors of residential space, 11 floors of office space, and nine floors of retail space.

Amenities will include a gym, conference facilities, a spa, and a pool.

Hass Petroleum, Jabavu Village Ltd., and White Lotus Group are the project’s developers. Meinhardt is the structural and MEP engineer and Sketch Studio is the Architect of Record. Both towers are slated for completion in 2023.
