The University of Texas, Austin, is working with Los Angeles-based CO Architects on a $126 million Experimental Science Building, a project that also includes $11 million in renovations to the university's existing Welch Hall. The new 280,000-sf complex will provide the university with a center for imaging and analysis, technology-enabled seminar rooms, computer labs, teaching laboratories, and research space for the Institute for Neuroscience, The Center for Learning and Memory, and Synthetic Organic Chemistry.
