Swansea, IL – Holland Construction Services is building the new Cambridge House of Swansea, a facility with 103 apartment units designed to provide residential-style living for area seniors. The $8.1-million, three-story facility spans 87,461 square feet in three wings that surround a core area offering residents an exercise room, television and library area, convenience shop, a common gathering and dining area, and kitchen.
Cambridge House of Swansea was designed by Environs Architects-Planners.
