San Francisco office park to help grow residential community

By Leslie Streicher, Associate Editor | September 12, 2011

Plans to transform San Francisco’s Executive Park call for the revitalization of the 70-acre office park, which dates from the 1970s. Led by Heller Manus Architects, the Yerby Co., and the Everhart Co., the proposed Executive Park at Candlestick Cove will accommodate a sustainable mixed-use and residential development of 13 residential buildings with 1,600 condominiums and apartments. On an adjacent property, Universal Paragon will develop eight buildings with 1,100 units, while Yerby Co. will create five buildings with 500 units. In total, the 1,600 units of Executive Park are expected to spur the growth of local neighborhoods.
