Kwame Building Group, St. Louis, has completed colorful LED lighting, skylights, and restoration of the 100,000-sf historic domed ceilings in the ticketing level of Lambert-St. Louis International Airport. The project included dome resurfacing as well as the addition of new skylights and a Philips Color Kinetics LED lighting system. The skylights provide natural light to illuminate the ticketing level by day and are complemented by colorful LED lighting which accentuates the historic modernist architecture of Lambert's iconic domes at night. C. Rallo Contracting Company, St. Louis, was the general contractor; the local office of Teng & Associates was the designer.
